Classification scope and review notes

Character-by-character text scanning. The main reconstructs a configuration record through current/next, verifies navigation and end boundaries, and checks that peek does not move the cursor. The recovered fields are converted with ordinary internal READ and compared with known values; this is a small parser example, not a full parsing language.

Package dependencies

Resolved GitHub repositories used by the verified playground build, combining direct and indirect dependencies. This list does not describe internal module dependencies or native system libraries.
