Classification scope and review notes

Programmatic Fortran edit descriptors. The main generates and applies integer, character and fixed-decimal real formats, checks exact aligned output, and verifies a zero-padded integer. The registry stdlib dependency is mapped to a pinned Git source and manifest version; compatible stdlib objects are reused. No Fortran source edits. Arrays, complex values, user-defined I/O and every descriptor/control mode are not covered.

Package dependencies

Resolved GitHub repositories used by the verified playground build, combining direct and indirect dependencies. This list does not describe internal module dependencies or native system libraries.
