Classification scope and review notes

Only the author serial Chapter 4 mod_diff and mod_initial modules are wrapped; their contents are unchanged. The main follows the chapter shallow-water time-stepping equations on a 100-cell periodic grid for 200 steps. It checks the centered difference against a discrete sine derivative, the upwind difference against an independently indexed periodic reference, Gaussian peak/symmetry, finite water height/velocity, positive total depth, nontrivial evolution, and conservation of integrated elevation. The example uses REAL32, with REAL64 accumulation of mass. I2 classifies the demonstrated PDE calculation; H1 classifies diff_centered/diff_upwind as numerical differentiation. This is an educational finite-difference demonstration, not validation of a production tsunami model. Other chapters, coarrays and parallel scaling are not verified. MIT notices are retained.

Package dependencies

Resolved GitHub repositories used by the verified playground build, combining direct and indirect dependencies. This list does not describe internal module dependencies or native system libraries.

Reviewed procedures

These mappings have pinned source evidence. A checked package example may exercise only some of them; source review is not a numerical benchmark.
