Mixed C/Fortran operating-system utilities wrapped for FPM. Two checksum-guarded compatibility edits set the Linux os_name constant and restrict the ISO_C_BINDING import to avoid the Fortran 2023 F_C_STRING name collision. OS_SYSTEM_ID is configured as OS_LINUX. The checked consumer creates nested temporary directories and a 14-byte stream file, checks file size and type, basename/dirname and path normalization, then renames and deletes the file and removes both directories. No external files or user environment are required. This configured recipe and exported project target Linux; Windows branches, processes, user/home lookup and every path utility are not validated.
