Reviewed procedures

These mappings have pinned source evidence. A checked package example may exercise only some of them; source review is not a numerical benchmark.

bernob

Module: specfun_module

C19

C19: verified

Derivatives / callbacks: not applicable

Bernoulli numbers; do not classify this procedure as gamma or Bessel just because the package also contains those functions. Dedicated C19 driver checks B0, B1 and even B2..B12 against explicit rational values and 24 integer power sums against direct int64 summation. Pinned bernob leaves odd output positions above B1 unassigned; these positions are never read and their mathematical zeros are supplied locally only for the power-sum application. Small n<2 is also outside the driver because the implementation writes B0..B2 unconditionally.
