Full upstream SLICOT FPM source library, linked to compatible LP64 BLAS/LAPACK with the manifest BLAS metapackage resolved explicitly. Sources are unchanged; legacy compiler compatibility flags retain upstream conventions. The main uses the author slicot module interface for SB03MD, constructs a stable nondiagonal 2-by-2 continuous Lyapunov problem from a known symmetric solution and checks both the independently computed matrix residual and the recovered solution including the solver scale factor. It requests the condition/error estimates but does not validate those estimates independently. Other matrix equations, model reduction, identification, robust control and every library routine are not validated.

Reviewed procedures
These mappings have pinned source evidence. A checked package example may exercise only some of them; source review is not a numerical benchmark.
Dedicated D8 driver checks continuous/discrete Lyapunov with transpose options and Schur reuse using constructed known solutions, finite outputs, explicit success status and independently recomputed residuals. See docs/gams-matrix-equations.md for equations, storage, scaling and limitations.
Dedicated D8 driver checks continuous rectangular Sylvester AX+XB=C using constructed known solutions, finite outputs, explicit success status and independently recomputed residuals. See docs/gams-matrix-equations.md for equations, storage, scaling and limitations.
