Fixed-rule iterated Gauss-Legendre quadrature over rectangular domains. Dedicated H2b1a2 driver checks 67 exact polynomial integrals: 50 rectangle moments at one/two panels per axis, 16 iterated integrals with y upper bound 1+x^2, and one 3D box moment. JS entries are subinterval counts, not quadrature orders; the implementation uses six nodes per panel/dimension. No adaptive error control or singular integrands are claimed.
