Reviewed procedures

These mappings have pinned source evidence. A checked package example may exercise only some of them; source review is not a numerical benchmark.

matvec

Module: fsparse

D1b4

D1b4: verified

Derivatives / callbacks: not applicable

Sparse matrix-vector product; storage conversion is a distinct API. Dedicated D1b4 driver checks 24 real64 COO/CSR calls against independent scalar loops on a rectangular 4-by-3 matrix with an empty row. Zero/nonzero output initialization, signed/zero input vectors and repeated accumulation y:=y+A*x are verified. Symmetric-storage shortcuts, complex overloads and other sparse formats are outside this driver.

dense2coo, coo2dense, coo2csr, csr2coo

Module: fsparse

D1b9

D1b9: verified

Derivatives / callbacks: not applicable

Checked real64 full-storage conversions: independent COO coordinates/values, CSR row pointers/columns/values and reconstructions for five exact dyadic fixtures, including empty rows/columns and an all-zero matrix. coo2dense requires caller initialization of unstored entries. Threshold/subnormal behavior, duplicate entries and storage reuse are not verified; no linear-system solve is claimed.
