Constitutive friction models, with nonlinear parameter fitting and internal-state ODE integration in the reviewed source. The checked main covers algebraic Coulomb and Stribeck forces only; it does not validate parameter fitting or dynamic internal-state integration.
Package dependencies
Resolved GitHub repositories used by the verified playground build, combining direct and indirect dependencies. This list does not describe internal module dependencies or native system libraries.
Parameter fitting remains unverified: the pinned Coulomb fit returned approximately 0.75 for noiseless observations with true coefficient 0.375 while reporting residual convergence. Source review finds fit_fcn returns model minus observed force, then passes observed force again as the least-squares target. Exact reproducer and cached GNU 16 result are retained in docs/gams-candidates/friction-double-subtraction. Ordinary algebraic force evaluation is separately checked; dynamic-state fitting remains unverified.
Constitutive friction models, with nonlinear parameter fitting and internal-state ODE integration in the reviewed source. The checked main covers algebraic Coulomb and Stribeck forces only; it does not validate parameter fitting or dynamic internal-state integration. Public LuGre state integration is now separately checked by friction-lugre-state; this does not verify the private interpolation/fitting callbacks recorded here.
Public LuGre constitutive internal-state ODE, distinct from the private fitting/interpolation callbacks in friction_core. Dedicated driver integrates constant-velocity segments with reversals, rest, changing segment loads and nonzero initial states against a closed-form exponential solution. Force histories and state derivatives are independently checked. No parameter-fitting or private callback claim.
