Classification scope and review notes

The original FPM library and Fortran bindings are unchanged. The image pins SDL 2.32.4, SDL2_image 2.8.8, SDL2_mixer 2.8.1, SDL2_ttf 2.24.0 and GL/GLU development libraries; native link flags are recorded in the catalog build environment. The checked main creates a 640x360 32-bit software surface, fills a background and three bars, checks source pixels, saves a PNG, reloads it through the package IMG_Load API, and checks dimensions plus the file signature/size. The pinned bindings omit IMG_SavePNG, so the main includes only that standard C function declaration. No image encoder or drawing algorithm is substituted for SDL. No video subsystem, window, display server, hardware renderer, audio device or event loop is needed. The returned browser preview is visually reviewed. Q covers graphics. Interactive rendering, audio, fonts and OpenGL/GLU routines are compiled/linked facilities but not runtime-verified by this consumer. ISC notices are retained.

Package dependencies

Resolved GitHub repositories used by the verified playground build, combining direct and indirect dependencies. This list does not describe internal module dependencies or native system libraries.

Reviewed procedures

These mappings have pinned source evidence. A checked package example may exercise only some of them; source review is not a numerical benchmark.

Interactive rendering, audio, fonts and OpenGL/GLU routines are compiled/linked facilities but not runtime-verified by this consumer. ISC notices are retained. Dedicated Q consumer checks every pixel of an 85x65 software surface containing four overlapping/clipped rectangles, using native RGB mask arithmetic and independent half-open coordinate tests. Repeats the exact pixel check after PNG export/import and conversion to the original pixel format, and independently checks the PNG signature/IHDR dimensions. Uses only the missing standard IMG_SavePNG C declaration. Interactive rendering, hardware, alpha blending, codecs beyond PNG and other SDL subsystems are not verified.
