Classification scope and review notes

LMDB key-value database bindings with Debian LMDB 0.9.31. A checksum-guarded compatibility edit selects the existing signed-kind fallback rather than GNU unsigned extension kinds, which are unavailable without enabling nondefault unsigned support. The checked consumer creates a small sandbox-local database, inserts and updates a value, verifies committed reads and rollback after an aborted update, deletes the key and checks MDB_NOTFOUND, then closes and removes both database files. No persistent storage is provided. Large mappings, concurrent writers/readers, all cursor interfaces and other platforms are not validated.
