Classification scope and review notes

Numeric text parsing. FPM 0.12 rejects the upstream features/profiles tables; a checksum-guarded manifest adaptation removes them and supplies the intended -fno-range-check compiler setting explicitly. The Fortran sources are unchanged and development-only benchmark dependencies are not built. The main checks decimal/scientific and Fortran D-exponent parsing, the largest positive signed int64, hexadecimal parsing, invalid-input status and exponent-overflow status. Correct rounding for every input, all formats, underflow, platforms and speed claims are not validated.

Package dependencies

Resolved GitHub repositories used by the verified playground build, combining direct and indirect dependencies. This list does not describe internal module dependencies or native system libraries.

Reviewed procedures

These mappings have pinned source evidence. A checked package example may exercise only some of them; source review is not a numerical benchmark.

Correct rounding for every input, all formats, underflow, platforms and speed claims are not validated. The class-specific N3 driver checks 154 calls, including 129 exact dyadic decimals, signed integer boundaries, binary/hex input, Fortran D exponent, one binary64 halfway rounding case and six invalid/overflow outcomes. It does not certify correct rounding for all inputs or complete-token consumption.
