Native Fortran FMM2D source set selected from the upstream makefile with optional C++ fast kernels disabled. OpenMP and portable -O2 are enabled; the visitor sandbox uses one execution thread and retains bounds checks. Checksum-guarded compatibility edits skip zero-point multipole/local evaluations and zero-source neighbor calls before passing one-past-end array elements. The inverse reorder helper declares its arrays with the actual n extent rather than the legacy dummy extent 1. Source and target branches receive matching guards; formulas are unchanged. The checked real Laplace driver evaluates 512 deterministic sources at 16 separate targets and compares with an independent charge-weighted log-distance sum. A separate source-and-target probe also checks all source potentials by direct summation with self-interactions excluded, exercising the source-side guards. The code is classified as a structured kernel-matrix application and Green-function evaluation related to PDEs, not as a complete boundary-value solver. Helmholtz, biharmonic/Stokes, dipoles, gradients/Hessians, every complex/vector interface and parallel speedups are not validated. The small accuracy check is not a performance benchmark.
Package dependencies
Resolved GitHub repositories used by the verified playground build, combining direct and indirect dependencies. This list does not describe internal module dependencies or native system libraries.
Required by this build
No additional GitHub package dependencies were recorded for this verified build.

No other selected build records this repository as a dependency. This is not a measure of usage outside the catalog.
Reviewed procedures
These mappings have pinned source evidence. A checked package example may exercise only some of them; source review is not a numerical benchmark.
