Classification scope and review notes

The procedural flook interface embeds the repository-bundled Lua 5.3.5 and Aotus bridge. The FPM wrapper selects the upstream procedural library and bundled C sources, excludes standalone Lua interpreters and the alternative Fortran 2003 interface, and links the system math/dynamic-loading libraries. The checked consumer passes parameters to Lua, executes a short script, retrieves its real and integer results and independently checks 14 and 21. The bundled versions have their own build context; they do not replace the separately catalogued Aotus package. MPL-2.0 and the bundled Aotus/Lua notices are retained. S covers language interoperability.
