Classification scope and review notes

The upstream CMake neural library source set is wrapped for FPM in REAL64/INT32 mode with single-image coarrays and OpenMP. The deterministic consumer writes and loads a tiny two-dense-layer ReLU network, checks four predictions against independently calculated weights and biases, and verifies saving and reloading the model. K (Approximation) describes the tested neural-network inference. Training, Keras conversion tools, dropout and batch normalization are not verified; no optimization classification is inferred from their presence.

Reviewed procedures

These mappings have pinned source evidence. A checked package example may exercise only some of them; source review is not a numerical benchmark.

The K driver adds a non-diagonal 2-3-2 ReLU/linear network, 25 two-dimensional grid inputs and 50 original/restored predictions against scalar forward sums. Save/reload is checked; training and approximation quality are not certified.
