Classification scope and review notes

Structured error lists and logging. The checked main collects two fatal validation messages, filters one by OUT_OF_BOUNDS, checks counts and diagnostic text, and prints both messages. The pinned compatible Strff 3.1.1 avoids the unavailable exceptional_numbers mirror requested through Strff 4.0. No library source edits. This does not cover all logging levels, filtering operators or concurrent use.
