Version 1 multivariate interpolation using sparse Delaunay simplices. Version 2 bundles BQPD with a research-only redistribution notice, so the selected pin uses the earlier MIT-licensed version 1 with its bundled SLATEC/BLAS/LAPACK sources. An FPM wrapper retains fixed/free source forms, legacy implicit typing/interfaces and -fallow-argument-mismatch for the SLATEC scalar-zero/zero-stride BLAS convention. OpenMP is enabled to link the library; the checked driver uses the serial routine. It verifies exact linear-function reproduction at three interior 2D points, zero status codes, valid simplex indices and barycentric weight sums/signs. No numerical source edits. Convex-hull projection/extrapolation, all degenerate inputs, high-dimensional behavior and parallel variants are not validated.
