Mixed C/Fortran source set selected from the upstream Waf library lists, wrapped for FPM with the bundled Lua 5.4.8 core and libraries, the C dump wrapper and GNU-supported extended/quad precision module variants. Lua command-line interpreter/compiler executables and upstream tests are excluded. Sources are unchanged; the operator-only wrapper now permits explicitly listed locked C files, retaining old adapter identities and the ordinary downloader/archive limits. The consumer creates a small Lua configuration, checks a computed integer, a double-precision scalar, two named nested-table entries and a missing-key default with error bits, closes the state and deletes its file. Broader scripting, dump/reload callbacks, every numeric kind and sandbox-restricted system operations are not verified.

Reviewed procedures
These mappings have pinned source evidence. A checked package example may exercise only some of them; source review is not a numerical benchmark.
